Terms & Conditions

  • Pass is transferrable between guests (except the 20 Session Multi Visit Pass that is non-transferrable)
  • Only valid in Singapore
  • Lost or stolen passes will not be replaced or refunded
  • Only valid for General Admission, Junior Jumper or Student Session ticket types
  • Jumper must be at least 3 years old
