To the extent this Privacy Policy is inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions, this Privacy Policy prevails.

Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

BOUNCE Singapore Pte Ltd (“we”) may use the personal data of the member for the following purposes:

  1. Our processing of your application for the BOUNCE Membership Card, our administration of the BOUNCE Membership Card Loyalty Program and provision of related benefits and privileges;
  2. The daily operation of our services;
  3. Handling your enquiries and complaints;
  4. Conducting customer, product and service surveys or promotions; and
  5. Making any disclosures required by law and matters directly related thereto.

The type of personal data we may use includes but is not limited to the member’s name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, membership number and information relating to the frequency of your patronage, purchase record and billing.

Please note that you must provide us your personal data for the above purposes, otherwise, we may not be able to process your application and/or provide you benefits under the BOUNCE Membership program.

Direct Marketing

We reserve the right to use the member’s name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, membership number, purchase record and billing for the following direct marketing purposes:

  1. Direct marketing of all BOUNCE Singapore’s programs, products, events, services and in-store activities provided by us and the BOUNCE Singapore’s Affiliated Companies and related special offers, promotions, vouchers and coupons provided by us;
  2. Special offers, promotions, vouchers and coupons offered by our business partners, details of which will be provided when available.

We will not use the member’s personal data for direct marketing without the member’s consent. Marketing and promotional materials will only be sent by us and our agents, not by any other party.

If you DO NOT WANT to receive our latest product and special offers and special offers of our business partners, please do not tick the “Tick here to receive exclusive Tribe member updates and invites!” box on the application form.

We NEVER transfer your personal data to any other parties outside BOUNCE Singapore and its Affiliated Companies.

We are always conscious and respectful of your privacy and will not transfer the personal data disclosed in the application to any other party but may provide the personal data to the following parties:

  1. The BOUNCE Singapore Affiliated Companies including but not limited to BOUNCE Singapore Pte Ltd, Tomorrow Entertainment and Activ8 Leisure Holdings Pte Ltd, (collectively the ‘BOUNCE Singapore Affiliated Companies’);
  2. The third party service providers who may send you promotional materials if necessary. The third party service providers are under a duty of confidentiality to us and are only permitted to use your personal data for the purposes of sending you BOUNCE Singapore related promotion materials only.

Access and Correction of Personal Data

You may contact us to seek access to or seek to correct personal data which the BOUNCE Singapore Affiliated Companies hold about you. Requests for access to and/or correction of personal data held by the BOUNCE Singapore Affiliated Companies should be in writing and addressed to the Privacy officer:
